- Exclusive Distribution: Morris Products is sold exclusively through distributors.
- Terms: Net 30 Days from invoice date.
- Shipping and Freight Allowance: Full Freight Allowed (within the lower 48 states only) on orders having a distributor price total of $100 or more on one shipment. $6 freight charge for all orders under $100.
- Minimum Order: No minimum order. $6 freight charge for all orders under $100.
- Shortages & Damages Morris Products must be notified within three days of delivery of any merchandise shortage or damage.
- Returned Goods: Returned goods authorization must be obtained prior to returning any merchandise. Returned freight must be prepaid. Merchandise returned for the convenience of the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
- Warranty: Morris Products sole obligation (and buyers exclusive remedy) for any defective material shall be to repair or, at Morris Products option, to replace any goods which are proven to be defective within 1 year of purchase.
- Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.
- Same Day Shipping: Morris Products tries to ship all orders on the day they are received. If you definitely need your order shipped on the day it is ordered, please inform us and we will make sure that it does ship on that day.
